Description A global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider, is seeking a Sales and Logistic Coordinator to support order management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across sales, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and purchase orders
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Manage inventory and track order status
Communicate with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders
Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
Support the sales team and maintain CRM data
Requirements
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics
