Texas Sports Academy combines accelerated academics with elite athletic development. Student-athletes attend class, train on the field, and work out in the gym every weekday — all moments worth documenting. Your role is to be there, spot the story, film it, edit, and publish. No studio setup. No approval workflows. No creative strategy deck. Spend four to five hours on campus each weekday, then wrap for the day.
We're bringing on four creators — one for each of our Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston locations. You'll be responsible for all social content at your campus from the start, measured directly by follower growth and engagement. This is part-time work: 20–25 hours weekly at $30/hr, on-site during weekdays. What you create is public, measurable, and credited to you.

What You Will Be Doing
Being on campus 4–5 hours every weekday to film spontaneous student‑athlete moments using your mobile device
Editing and publishing to TikTok and Instagram Reels on the same day — platform‑optimized, quick, and independent
Analyzing performance metrics weekly (views, engagement, follower counts) to determine which content resonates and why
Refining hooks, content formats, and subject matter based on data insights rather than assumptions
Sustaining a reliable daily posting rhythm without interruption
What You Won’t Be Doing
Following a content calendar created by others — you choose what to film and share
Creating highly polished videos with extended production timelines
Seeking creative sign‑off before publishing
Working from a desk; this position requires being on the ground with your phone ready, every weekday
Develop a rapidly expanding TikTok and Instagram Reels audience for Texas Sports Academy by filming and publishing engaging campus content every weekday.
Basic Requirements
Established TikTok and/or Instagram Reels posting history featuring regular short‑form video content
Located in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston, TX; this is an on-site position during weekdays
Available to be on campus for 4–5 hours of content capture each weekday, Monday through Friday
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in athletics, youth sports, or educational settings — at ease working on the ground with student‑athletes
Proven instinct for trend timing — has successfully adapted trending formats to a particular subject, audience, or niche
Documented history of account growth linked to a consistent posting approach you can explain in detail
