About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing for the Americas, a pivotal role with a focus on revenue and growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the North America performance marketing strategy, including paid media, ABM, digital, web, lifecycle, and AI-driven channels. This role demands a data-driven leader with a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise SaaS, cloud, AI, or MarTech revenue engines. Key responsibilities include owning marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and conversion performance across enterprise accounts, as well as leading the regional execution of the global go-to-market strategy. The VP will also be tasked with attribution modeling, Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and leading a large-scale, high-performing marketing organization. Applicants for this senior, enterprise-level performance marketing leadership role at The Company should currently hold a VP or Head of Performance Marketing, VP Demand Generation, or a similar senior marketing leadership position within a $500M+ ARR enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, and attribution, and a proven ability to deliver measurable ROI and revenue impact at scale. Experience in operating within complex, matrixed global enterprise environments and a background in innovation across AI-powered marketing and modern MarTech stacks are also essential.
