Position Summary We are seeking an experienced sales person to join our fast growing team and contribute to our growth. The client acquisition role will drive growth for all of Reliability Solutions portfolio in North America. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and position our value proposition around reliability. Responsibilities The individual will be focused on selling solutions that will include training, onsite support, and reliability consulting. Work to establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship and grow the portfolio of customers and work to drive value of our products and services. Build relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and executive‑level stakeholders. Responsible applying a consultative approach to drive new business and grow the food & beverage account portfolio. Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. Keep abreast of market trends and client challenges. Great presentation skills along with high confidence engaging decision makers. Evaluate and find opportunities to drive process and system improvements to positively impact solution experience. Advocate customer needs/issues across RS departments. Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person, along with a positive, engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners. Coordinate the risk identification and tracking process until issue resolution. Identify success stories and secure customer references. Required Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback. Experience selling in the manufacturing industry. Strong ability to identify client issues, prioritize them, and provide solutions based on Reliability Solutions offerings. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software such as Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 10 years sales experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and presentation products. Must have excellent and verifiable oral, written, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills required.
