We are seeking a motivated and disciplinedInside Sales/Customer Service Representativeto join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying appointments through outbound calls while also assisting with monthly check-ins to existing customers.

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to set qualified appointments
Confirm and follow up on scheduled meetings to ensure they run
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Spend approximately 25% of the day contacting customers regarding service quality
Follow up via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances
Maintain consistent daily call volume and activity levels
Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are qualified and productive
Execute outbound calls at a high daily volume
Generate consistent appointment volume each week
Maintain a professional and confident phone presence
Stay organized with follow-up and scheduling
This role requires persistence and resilience; candidates must be comfortable making cold calls daily.
Qualifications Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous inside sales, call center, or collections experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual skills are a nice-to-have

Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 per year
Commission: Earn additional income based on appointments that are successfully run each month
