Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Design Consultant located in Salina, KS. The Sales Design Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored landscaping solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, creating design proposals, recommending appropriate landscaping materials, cultivating customer relationships, and driving sales to meet business goals. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of Landscape design principles Proficiency in landscape design software (DynaScape, AutoCAD, SketchUp) is desirable. Horticulture knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage client interactions effectively and meet deadlines. A background in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is a significant advantage. Ability to work on-site in Salina, KS, and a valid driver's license for client visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
