Recent graduate (business, management, marketing or similar) Ideally 0-2 years experience on FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry Pragmatic & hands‑on attitude, driven by business impact English at a proficient level MS Office 365 expertise Availability for full‑time 6 months contract based in Milan (office located in the centre of Milan) Internship scope and responsibilities: Reporting directly to Bel Italy Business Manager, the intern main responsibilities are: In-store excellente & Visibility: Maximize In-Store Impact : Audit, track, and ensure perfect shelf execution; develop, evaluate and track posm materials and execution Sales performance & competition : Analyze and report sell-in/sell-out, promotion, prices; highlight gaps and trends, provide insights to unlock growth or address risks. Monitor competition performance and activities Customer engagement & client empowerment: Create impactful sales tools, presentations, and reports to boost commercial team performance and customer engagement. Marketing and brand activations support : Support on packaging & activations.
