Located in Milan, Tennessee. As our Property Specialist in Milan, TN, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of equipment records across the plant. You’ll track assets, manage detailed records, generate reports, and keep operations stocked and running smoothly. As The Property Specialist, Here's The Work You'll Do
Prepare documentation and enter all transactions in multiple accountable property record systems; maintain equipment number logs for Government and American Ordnance; generate property tags; validate 2D barcodes.
Coordinate the sale of excess/surplus property and scrap metals/materials with preparing sale documentation, recording sales revenue, and updating Property Systems.
Prepare and post memo/inventory adjustments, move orders, and physical inventory transactions to maintain accuracy of all equipment records.
Collect data and prepare reports of property as needed.
Gather, sort, and track all fuel receipts for all vehicles to report to Finance monthly.
Support AO Site Manager with projects as needed.
Required Skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Multitasking and strong organizational skills.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; use sound judgment in work decisions.
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
2+ years related experience Required
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members
Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates
Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties
Salary In compliance with state pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is
$42,560 - $63,840
annually. This range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offers vary based on experience and location. Programs and options available may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
