SKILLS FOR SUCCESS Understands and demonstrates Partyman’s Core Values Works well with a team Strong attention to detail Problem solver, extremely organized Interpersonal communication EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER ABOUT THE ROLE The Event Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our events are fully prepared and logistically sound before execution. This role focuses on planning, coordination, and production readiness, working closely with multiple departments to make sure every detail is accounted for. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who loves organization, timelines, and being the behind‑the‑scenes force that makes events run smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own event logistics from handoff through execution readiness Finalize BEOs, layouts, timelines, and production documentation Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Operations teams Communicate with clients to confirm final details, counts, and updates Attend site visits and proposal meetings to support execution planning Coordinate rentals, outside vendors, and special permits (including liquor licenses) Prepare materials for weekly production meetings and leadership review Track payments, send reminders, and process incoming payments Attend select key events to ensure execution accuracy and client satisfaction Capture post‑event notes to support repeat clients and continuous improvement Support tastings, company events, and large or complex productions WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Events are fully prepared with clear, accurate documentation Teams are informed and aligned ahead of execution Clients feel supported and confident leading up to their events Details are handled proactively rather than reactively YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Love checklists, timelines, and detailed planning Can think through logistics and problem‑solve in real time Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams Stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment Take pride in doing things thoroughly and correctly REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in events, hospitality, or logistics‑heavy roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 3–5+ years of event or hospitality experience Experience with off‑premise catering or large‑scale events Familiarity with CRM or event management software Hospitality or related education If you don’t meet every qualification but feel aligned with the role, we still encourage you to apply. SCHEDULE & WORKLOAD Schedule may fluctuate seasonally and based on event bookings. Peak‑Season (May - Nov): Full‑time hours of up to 50+, with the goal of 40 hrs average. Off‑Season (Dec - Apr): Full‑time hours of approximately 40hrs. Occasional weekend availability is required. PAY & BENEFITS Salary ranges from $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience. Plus metric‑based sales bonuses and benefits.
