What You’ll Do Drive Revenue & Own Your Pipeline
Manage a high-value book of business and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach
Use data, trends, and CRM tools to forecast and improve performance
Lead the Client Experience
Guide clients from inquiry through contract with confidence and care
Create thoughtful, customized proposals that align vision with execution
Navigate negotiations while balancing client experience and profitability
Influence Strategy & Performance
Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and process improvements
Analyze pipeline and conversion data to identify growth opportunities
Bring forward ideas that keep us competitive and innovative
Partner with culinary, operations, and venue teams to ensure seamless execution
Act as a key connector across departments for complex or high-value events
Mentor & Support the Team
Share best practices and support onboarding of newer team members
Act as a resource for proposal development and client communication
Help reinforce sales standards and expectations
Represent the Brand
Serve as a Partyman ambassador at tastings, site visits, and industry events
Build strong referral relationships within the community
What You Bring
4–6+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, venue, or event sales
Proven success managing high-value pipelines and closing complex events
Strong consultative sales skills and relationship-building ability
Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
Confidence navigating client conversations, proposals, and negotiations
A natural sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
$55,000–$65,000 base salary + commission
50% health, dental, and vision coverage (single plan)
401(k) with up to 4% match
