To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have lots of enthusiasm for developing content suitable for different platforms, including media relations, emergency communications, and employee communications. How you will make an impact
Content & Digital Communications
Develop, schedule, and publish content for websites, blog, and social media
Support video production and visual content development
Media Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor traditional and social media; create reports and metrics
Media Relations Support
Assist with media inquiries, press releases, and statements
Operational Responsibilities
Participate in on call rotation for after-hours communications needs
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or relevant field
Communications experience demonstrated through professional experience, internships, and/or coursework
Strong writer, with a track record of storytelling – you like to help people better understand a certain topic or issue
Experience with emergency and/or crisis communications, or other deadline-driven work
Highly organized and deadline-driven with an ability to multitask
Natural curiosity – you like asking questions and understanding complicated topics
Able to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently

The expected salary range for this position is $66,000 - $75,000 per year. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental and vision), flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions and a student debt benefit, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity benefits, paid time off, paid leave, a wellness program, an employee assistance program and other great company perks.
This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required.
