NOW HIRING: Onsite Concierge | Marketing Manager (Full-Time) (In-Person) $62,000/year +benefits E Squared Marketing is adding a collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, and marketing-obsessed Onsite Concierge | Marketing Manager to our growing team! This is a full-time position. (40 hrs/week) Candidate must be able to work 5 days a week onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. The candidate must also be able to attend onsite events happening at the client's property. The Ideal Onsite Concierge | Marketing Manager: Is a creative thinker with an emphasis on quality work and attention to detail. Is a team player! We expect this candidate to collaborate with the rest of our agency in a fun, professional manner. They will be able to work with our graphic designer, photo/video team, engagement team, and their director for guidance and approvals. Has reliable transportation to and from the client location in Scottsdale, AZ. Delivers a world-class customer service experience to tenants and visitors. Has a welcoming, positive and professional demeanor when answering the phone or in-person. Builds and maintains a trusted professional relationship with tenants and visitors. Collaborates with the property team, leasing team, and client to communicate marketing and event vision and goals. Duties and Responsibilities The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign the responsibilities of this job at any time. Create, manage, contribute and update content for the property app and all social media and website accounts Effective and thorough communication with the Director of Client Services Provide administrative assistance and support to the property team Respond promptly to requests with accurate, thorough and timely information to tenants, client, visitors and property team Manage the event calendar, plan, and coordinate day‑of‑execution of high‑quality events that meet client expectations Confirm pre‑event setup, ensure all details are complete, order event supplies, oversee setup and manage all vendors involved Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI Participate in team and client meetings Create and maintain an annual marketing and event budget for the property Adhere to the client's brand guidelines Is the first point of contact, tenant and visitor facing Document, track and report monthly on all tenant interactions, property events and amenity programs Coordinate and deliver all tenant welcome gifts, holiday gifts or other tenant engagement programs Follows security and emergency procedures as defined by the property. Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner Perform work duties in accordance with company procedures Be available to work nights and weekends, and flexible hours based on scheduled events for this client. Experience Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, film, graphic design, social media, events, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of marketing and event experience Prior experience creating social media posts, reels, and graphic design required Advanced knowledge of marketing tools and resources Experience managing a marketing budget is preferred but not required Pay: $62,000/year +benefits Benefits/Perks Summary: E Squared Marketing has developed a benefits package that provides economic and inclusive benefits to full‑time employees.
