Description Oversee daily onsite operations for K‑12 and Higher Ed construction projects. Manage subcontractors, site sequencing, and all field activities. Conduct site walks and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule. Review drawings, specifications, and education‑specific project details. Lead coordination meetings with school districts, colleges, and design teams. Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation. Ensure compliance with state, local, and educational facility standards. Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Travel full‑time to project locations across the U.S. Profile 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in K‑12 or Higher Ed construction. Skilled in managing ground‑up institutional buildings and campus renovations. Strong understanding of safety compliance, inspections, and educational facility codes. Able to read detailed drawings and coordinate complex multi‑trade environments. Excellent communicator; able to work with school boards, architects, inspectors, and PM teams. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable traveling extensively for long‑term assignments. Stable job history with consistent project completions.
