We're seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground‑up and renovation commercial construction projects across various U.S. locations. Description The Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will be responsible for: Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects across multiple states. Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and site logistics. Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively. Conduct daily/weekly reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams. Assist with planning, sequencing, and schedule development before and during the project. Serve as the on-site representative with owners, architects, and trade partners. Profile The successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will have the following experience: 5+ years of superintendent experience within commercial construction. Proven ability to manage field operations for ground‑up and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety protocols. Experience traveling for extended project durations (multi‑week or multi‑month assignments). Proficiency with field technology platforms (Procore or similar). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
