Pickleball Professional
The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking an energetic and engaging Pickleball Professional to support and grow our pickleball program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, building community, and creating a fun, welcoming environment for players of all skill levels. Key Responsibilities: Provide private and group pickleball instruction for Members of all ages and abilities Assist in organizing and leading clinics, leagues, and social events Help grow participation and engagement within the pickleball program Support daily court operations, including scheduling and set-up Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere on and around the courts Assist with junior programming and beginner development initiatives Maintain equipment and assist with court upkeep as needed Qualifications: Previous pickleball playing and/or teaching experience required PPR certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and service-oriented personality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
