Senior Tax Analyst - Direct Hire
Compensation:
$85,000-$116,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Tax Analyst
to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role plays a key part in supporting the Tax Director with the preparation of U.S. federal income tax returns and driving process improvements within the tax function. The ideal candidate has strong technical tax knowledge, experience with corporate consolidations, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Tax Director with preparation of the Company's U.S. federal income tax returns.
Compile and prepare data for the consolidated U.S. federal corporate income tax return using CorpTax applications.
Prepare additional federal income tax returns for non-consolidated entities.
Support corporate tax team members with tax technical research, tax technology enhancements, and process design.
Maintain and support tax department applications and databases.
Execute SOX controls related to the U.S. tax return preparation process.
Reconcile U.S. federal income tax return amounts to the Company's publicly filed financial statements.
Provide documentation support for IRS audits.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
and
* 4+ years of experience in Tax and/or Accounting,
OR
* 2+ years of experience as an Accountant in a Big 4 public accounting firm
Experience with U.S. income tax rules and regulations, including corporate consolidations
Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook)
Skilled in using tax and accounting research tools such as BNA, RIA, and CCH
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
CPA designation (highly preferred)
Experience with SAP, OneStream, CorpTax, Alteryx, Business Objects, Power Query, and Power BI

$85,000 - $116,000
