Please see responsibilities and qualifications below: Key Responsibilities Champion Chick-fil-A's mission and core values in all operations. Foster a positive team culture focused on servant leadership. Lead, coach, and develop Chick-fil-A Leaders and Team Members. Operational Excellence Ensure execution of Chick-fil-A standards in food safety and hospitality. Analyze operational data to improve quality and profitability. Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency and sustainability. Team Development Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes. Develop training programs to enhance the operational skills of the team. Provide coaching and accountability to team members at all levels. Financial & Strategic Planning Partner with the local Owner/Operator to set and achieve financial goals. Monitor labor and food costs, and other key performance indicators. Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling for productivity. Customer Experience Set the standard for exceptional customer service. Respond to customer feedback with empathy and urgency. Identify ways to continuously improve customer experience. Qualifications Preferred Chick-fil-A leadership experience or 3-5 years in multi-unit/high-volume restaurant leadership. Proven track record of developing teams and improving outcomes. Passionate about servant leadership and developing others. Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant financials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven: constantly takes initiative and solve problems. Strong decision maker: analyzes how every decision impacts the business. Detailed oriented and organized. What We Offer Base salary of $55K-$65K based on experience. Comprehensive health benefits with a $500 monthly contribution.
