Interview scheduling will begin on starting on 3/25 At Chick-fil-A Bremerton, the Director role is a high-impact leadership position designed as a premier launchpad for both personal and professional mastery. While you will lead from the front by mastering operational essentialsfrom delivering "second mile" guest service and precision meal bagging to maintaining a pristine environmentyour primary focus is the strategic stewardship of the business and the intentional development of Team Members. You will act as the "architect of excellence," building the systems that drive elite performance while mentoring others to reach their full potential. Purpose: Service with Heart Responsibilities: Protect the brand, increase transactions, and communicate frequently. Leaders also: Coach, empower, and remove roadblocks Position Type: Full-time Be available to work at 5am until 1130pm at least five nights per week, to include each Friday and Saturday Benefits: Competitive pay Free virtual healthcare and wellness (Direct2Care) for you AND your family Flexible scheduling (closed each Sunday) Meal discounts for you AND your family College scholarship opportunities Intentional growth and development Fun work environment with positive influence Fitness center reimbursement Qualifications: At least 19 years old A genuine desire to serve the Bremerton community with a smile Can regularly lift, move, and stock up to 50 pounds Can stand for extended periods and work outside in all weather conditions Caring, friendly, and reliable person who is eager to work hard on a team Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in an operational setting Flexibility to work full time, during varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the demands of the restaurant Genuine passion for serving others and upholding high-quality food preparation standards Minimum two years of proven leadership experience, preferably in high-volume restaurant or hospitality operation Strong understanding of operational excellence, inventory control, and business fundamentals Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking Team environment Responsibilities: Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment Be knowledgeable of all station assignments Champion food safety, restaurant cleanliness, and operational efficiency Complete additional duties as needed and assigned Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive culture, and ensure Team Members feel valued, committed, and aligned with our purpose Drive transactions growth by optimizing throughput; ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment; boosting guest loyalty through consistent product quality; and maximizing order value through efficient preparation Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all levels (Team, Guests, Operator) regarding restaurant operations; foster open dialogue and feedback channels to maintain a cohesive and informed Team Ensuring every item is prepared to perfection, timed accurately, and presented with care Executing professional "First-In, First-Out" rotation and lean production levels to minimize food waste and ensure maximum freshness Foster a respectful and inclusive environment Going beyond the counter to deliver meals and proactively serve guests Maintain a sanitary and impeccably safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care Maintaining a high "sense of urgency" while ensuring 100% order accuracy Maintaining high accuracy in cash handling, order bagging, and inventory rotation Model and instill our purpose and responsibilities Oversee operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently Proactively identify and resolve challenges, analyze solutions, and implement lasting improvements Protect the brand with consistent adherence to Chick-fil-A standards Serving our guests inside and outside during various weather conditions with safety and a smile Strategically arrange Team Members to ensure optimal staffing levels for maximum efficiency Train, coach, and empower Team Members for continuous growth Physical setting: Quick Service Restaurant Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6am - 1030pm).
