The Opportunity
The Director of Hospitality at Chick-fil-A Deer Valley or Chick-fil-A Norterra is responsible for building and leading a high-performance front-of-house team of 50-60 team members that delivers remarkable guest experiences while developing future leaders for the organization. This leader will drive operational excellence, strengthen hospitality systems, and coach team members and leaders to grow both personally and professionally.
Please note this is a 100%, in-restaurant role at one of the two locations listed above.
Leadership Scope • Lead and develop Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Managers • Oversee daily execution of front-of-house operations • Partner with the Executive Director to improve systems, performance, and leadership development • Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization
What You Will Own • Ensure every guest receives remarkable hospitality • Maintain strong operational standards during peak business hours • Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders within the restaurant • Improve systems and processes that increase operational efficiency • Monitor key performance metrics including guest satisfaction and operational efficiency • Maintain compliance with Chick-fil-A operational standards and food safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications • Previous leadership experience overseeing multiple leaders or departments • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
