Oversee the development and implementation of insurance and risk management strategies. Evaluate and manage insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards related to insurance and risk. Act as the primary liaison with insurance providers, brokers, and external stakeholders. Analyze claims and loss data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Provide training and education to staff on risk management best practices. Prepare and present reports on risk assessments and insurance coverage to senior management.
