Lead onsite operations from site mobilization through punch and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Run daily/weekly coordination with subcontractors; plan look-ahead schedules, sequence trades, and remove roadblocks. Champion safety-conduct JHAs, Toolbox Talks, audits, and enforce OSHA and company standards; model zero-incident culture. Drive quality control-pre-install meetings, mock-ups, inspections, issue tracking, and first-time-right installation. Oversee logistics-site access, laydown, deliveries, crane picks, temp utilities, and infection control where applicable. Coordinate MEP/FP with trade partners and design teams; support commissioning, start-ups, and life-safety testing. Partner with the PM on RFIs, submittals, change events, and cost/schedule impacts; deliver accurate daily reports and photo documentation. Represent the builder during OAC meetings, AHJ inspections, and site walks; maintain professional relationships with owners and design teams. Close out efficiently-punchlist burn-down, systems training, turnover documentation, and warranty handoff. Experience: 5-10+ years as a Superintendent on K-12 and/or healthcare projects (ground-up and/or major renovations). Technical acumen: Strong with schedules, plan/spec interpretation, shop drawings, and trade sequencing; Procore (or similar) proficiency. Healthcare specifics: Familiar with ICRA/ILSM, interim life safety, and working in active facilities (preferred). K-12 specifics: Occupied campus safety, phasing/seasonal constraints, and stakeholder communication (preferred). Leadership: Clear communicator, calm under pressure, firm but fair with subs; proactive problem-solver with high ownership. Credentials: OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR required; additional safety/QC credentials a plus. What's on Offer
