Oversee site work and utilities from initial groundwork through punch-out. Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and the project team. Collaborate with PMs to support scheduling, documentation, and project reporting. A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC, with stable tenures at past employers. Strong leadership presence and polished, professional client-facing communication. Proven experience in site work, utilities, and leading projects from dirt to completion. Tech-savvy and comfortable with construction software (Viewpoint experience a plus). Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
