Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is currently seeking a talented Senior Accessories Designer to join our team and help shape the creative vision of our accessories category. This role is both conceptual and hands-on, requiring a strong design point of view, a deep understanding of materials and construction, and the ability to translate ideas into beautifully executed products. You will own the design process from initial concept through final sample approval, working across handbags, footwear, jewelry, and seasonal trims. The ideal candidate brings a refined aesthetic, curiosity for newness, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness. This role is based in our Calabasas office and requires in-office presence five days a week. Key Responsibilities Drive seasonal design concepts across accessories, aligning with brand direction and evolving narratives Research and interpret trends, art, culture, and emerging designers into a distinct and ownable point of view Design across handbags, footwear, jewelry, and trims, with a strong focus on form, materiality, and detail Develop sketches, CADs, and colorways that translate concept into product Own development from concept through fittings, revisions, and final approvals Create and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring accuracy and design integrity throughout development Partner closely with external vendors to bring designs to life Manage color, material, and trim approvals while tracking timelines and key milestones Build and maintain seasonal libraries for materials, trims, and finishes Identify opportunities for innovation and new categories within accessories Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience 57+ years of experience in accessories design, with a strong portfolio showcasing handbags, footwear, or jewelry A distinct design sensibility with an understanding of modern, sculptural, and fashion-forward aesthetics Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and development processes Experience working directly with factories and suppliers Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented Salary Range: $95,000-105,000 Please be advised that the salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
