BDC Customer Service Representative The BDC Customer Service Representative ensures prompt and genuine greetings to every customer that calls into Dave Sinclair Buick GMC. BDC Customer Service Reps schedule service appointments and help facilitate communication between our customers and the service department. The ideal Representative is genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. It is important that they can put themselves into our customers' shoes and advocate for them as necessary. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service and communication are paramount.
