The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, talent strategy, and compliance
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
The HR Director will develop and enhance policies, programs, and systems to support workforce engagement and retention
Lead, mentor, and empower the HR team to deliver best-in-class service across the organization
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Director:
The HR Director should have some proven experience leading HR operations and strategy
Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Salary: $110-130k
