Business Analyst Digital Assets / Blockchain
This Business Analyst will support digital asset and blockchain initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Banking Operations group focused on foreign exchange programs. The role will partner with technology, product, and operations teams to gather and document requirements, support technical design discussions, and assist with testing and validation efforts across messaging and payments infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements Work closely with technology teams on blockchain / digital asset related initiatives Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Support testing efforts including QA and UAT validation Assist with issue investigation and process improvements across FX operations initiatives Top requirements: 5+ years Business Analyst experience Digital assets / blockchain experience (crypto, tokenization, digital custody, etc.) Experience gathering technical requirements Experience supporting both requirements documentation and testing/validation Financial services background Plusses: Foreign exchange (FX) experience CIB Operations background Location: Charlotte, NC or New York, NY | Hybrid 3x/week Contract Length: 6+ months (initial 3?month increments) Rate: $55-60/hr Interview Process: 12 rounds, virtual panel Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
