The Executive Superintendent (Traveling) provides strategic field leadership across a broad geographic area, reporting into senior operational leadership. For the Executive Superintendent (Traveling) we are seeking: 25-30 years of construction experience, ideally with top-tier general contractors Strong background in multifamily high-rise or mid-rise projects Expertise in concrete frame structures (including hybrid systems) Proven capability in schedule development, logistics planning, and preconstruction support Demonstrated ability to lead without ego-confident, collaborative, and not authoritarian Experience coaching teams and developing emerging leaders Stable career progression (no jumpy profiles) Bachelor's degree required Must live within the central U.S. or be near a major airport A true road?warrior mindset; extensive national travel is essential What's on Offer: Base Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 Compensation Package: Bonus, deferred compensation, healthcare, 4 weeks PTO, company vehicle 401(k): 50% match up to 8% High visibility across the business and a key role in shaping operational excellence Long-term career pathways within a people-centric, growth-minded culture
