Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines. Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and activities. Communicate effectively with the project management team and clients to provide updates.
