Order Management Specialist
Location:
Lawrenceville, GA (Hybrid 4 days onsite and 1 remote) Shift:
8:00AM- 5:00PM Pay:
$25-29/hr.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to support high-volume order processing and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This role is responsible for managing manual and EDI orders, maintaining customer data, and resolving order-related issues while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Process and manage manual customer orders through the order inbox with a high level of accuracy Monitor and manage weekly EDI orders, including inventory checks and resolving shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planning, and Transportation teams to support order fulfillment Utilize customer portals to access reports, review historical data, and support order tracking Maintain and update customer data to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing Investigate and resolve order-related discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries Assist with end-of-season processes, including product returns (Buy Backs) Support reporting and documentation related to order management activities Maintain minimal but effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements:
13 years of customer service or order management experience in a non-retail environment (CPG industry preferred) Experience with SAP ECC, CRM systems, or similar platforms preferred EDI experience preferred Familiarity with ACD or IVR systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
