Group Sales Manager Four Seasons Hotel Nashville
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Group Sales Manager to generate group business and support revenue growth for the hotel. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining client relationships, securing group bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to final executionall while upholding Four Seasons' renowned standards of service and luxury. What You Will Do
Identify, solicit, and manage prospective group sales leadsincluding corporate, association, and social groupswhile cultivating strong relationships through ongoing communication, site visits, and client entertainment. Develop customized proposals and negotiate group contracts to meet client needs while ensuring alignment with hotel standards and revenue goals. Manage the full lifecycle of group bookings from inquiry to execution, including room blocks, timelines, and special requests, and ensure all details are communicated clearly to relevant hotel departments. Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management teams to develop, refine, and execute strategies that maximize group revenue and market share. Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and contracts within the hotel's sales system; prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for leadership review. Assist with physical event setups, departmental projects, special initiatives, and broader Sales & Marketing support as needed. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent hotel sales experience accepted. 24 years of experience in group sales within a luxury hotel environment. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to generate leads and close group business. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Delphi and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong command of written and spoken English. What We Offer
