Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experience Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger company Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics) Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships Territory
Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
