complex benefits and compensation matters in the M&A context , advising sophisticated clients on high-value transactions. What theyre looking for: ?
35 years of law firm experience ? Strong background in
employee benefits and executive compensation ? Experience supporting
M&A transactions ? Proven ability drafting
executive employment agreements, deferred compensation, and equity plans ?
Excellent academic credentials ?
Active bar admission in Illinois ? Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills The role: ? Advise clients on
employee benefits and executive compensation in M&A transactions ???? Draft & implement
employment agreements, deferred compensation, & equity incentive plans ???? Conduct
due diligence and regulatory analysis ???? Collaborate across practice groups to deliver
comprehensive transactional support ???? Work closely with clients on
strategic, high-impact matters Whats offered: Salary range: $200K $400K + performance-based bonuses Comprehensive
