Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Provide leadership and mentoring to on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
