About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transaction Services to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of transaction services engagements, including quality of earnings analysis, historical accounting clean-up, and acting as a liaison during the due diligence process. This role involves preparing in-depth analysis, reports, and client deliverables, as well as enhancing internal workflows and tools. The Vice President will also be expected to contribute to business development, participate in strategic planning, and mentor junior team members.
Applicants for the Vice President of Transaction Services position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in transaction services or financial due diligence, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the TAS/FDD practice group of a Big 4 public accounting firm. A CPA is required, and a background in audit is considered a plus. The role demands a professional who is adept at financial modeling, has a keen eye for detail, and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
