Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate budgeting. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine costs. Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing. Monitor project budgets and provide updates as needed. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project documentation. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
