Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and pricing breakdowns for commercial retail interior projects. Review drawings, specs, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy, scope coverage, and competitive pricing. Conduct subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and cost analyses for interiors-focused trades. Work with the project team on budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction planning. Maintain updated knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, fixtures, and retail interiors market pricing. Support bid strategy, presentations, and project handoff once awarded. A successful Estimator should have: Experience estimating commercial interiors or retail construction projects (NYC/Brooklyn experience is a plus). Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, fixtures, MEP coordination, and interior buildout sequencing. Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with excellent follow-through. Clear communicator who builds strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing retail-focused GC. What's on Offer
