Key responsibilities include:

Leading property tours for clients, highlighting features and answering questions to help them explore their options.
Building strong connections with clients, assisting them in understanding their preferences and guiding them through the home search process.
Managing and organizing property showing schedules, ensuring appointments are timely and efficient.
Staying up-to-date with local market trends and property details to provide clients with valuable insights.
Working hand-in-hand with Buyers Agents and the broader team to deliver a seamless client experience.
Collecting and relaying client feedback after showings to refine their home search and improve the process.

Qualifications include:

Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we offer assistance with licensing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and client-focused.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Comfortable with technology and real estate tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
