We are looking to hire a Marketing Lead to support Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) within PNC's Marketing organization. PNC's Marketing organization is on a journey to redefine what great marketing looks like and to serve as a growth engine for the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Institutional Marketing professional to join our team and lead segment marketing strategy. If you are passionate about understanding audience insights/behaviors, using data to develop and refine campaigns, working with leaders to scale sales efforts, and creating marketing programming that drives measurable business impact in the Corporate & Institutional Banking space, we want to hear from you. Experience in Institutional marketing or understanding of banking for corporate and commercial segments is highly desired. Job Description: Develop value proposition for segment and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel Develop acquisition and retention campaigns Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for line of business Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media Lead agency management and coordination Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget Manages activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
