Addison Group is seeking Live Answer Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and experience in high-volume scheduling environments. Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls (6000
7000 calls per week across the team) Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently Process prescription refill requests Manage specialty queues for appointment and results inquiries Assist new patients and coordinate language line for non-English speakers Document all interactions in real time Collaborate with clinical team for escalated questions Qualifications
Experience with Athena EMR strongly preferred Prior scheduling experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge of clinical workflows and ability to differentiate specialty vs. primary care appointments Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in multiple systems simultaneously Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Perks
