Work collaboratively with the entire hotel team to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary Work with our business software including SFAWeb, CITY, LightSpeed, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Actively work with group contacts to input rooming lists Work with group contacts to finalize billing after departure. Create weekly resumes for group information What are the requirements for this position? You have previous Hotel experience You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills You have a valid driver's license You have a high school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements for this Position You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.
