Department: Financial Aid Supervisor Title: Vice President for Enrollment Management LSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Abilene Target Hire Date: 4/6/2026 Contact Information: Allison Goodwin at allison.goodwin@hsutx.edu Summary/Scope: Assist the Financial Aid Office with day-to-day operations relating to student(s) accounts and financial aid management as well as general support for Financial Aid staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Attention to detail. Data entry. Scanning documents. Fielding phone calls concerning general financial aid questions. Assist Financial Aid staff with tasks as assigned. Have the ability to be trained in and fully comply with FERPA information privacy regulations. Education/Experience: Previous office experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods during your work shift. Additional Information: Our office hours are Monday
Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; you must be available during these times. Ideally 15 hours per week is desired.
