Customer Service And Order Entry

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Glendale who is in search of a customer service and order entry representative to support their operations. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Someone with previous experience utilizing NetSuite for order entry processing is highly preferred! The hourly rate is $23/hr. This position plays a key role in supporting customers while ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and product availability Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and any issues Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment Resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies, and order-related concerns Maintain and update customer records in the system Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service and/or order entry experience Experience with order entry systems required; NetSuite experience is highly preferred Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday
