We are seeking a highly creative Associate, Social Strategy and Publishing with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and additional distribution across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and Substack (no TikTok).

The right person for this role loves transforming long‑form articles into content for today’s platforms — translating research, interviews, speeches, and archival content into compelling, high‑impact social storytelling. This person is deeply engaged with the latest news in health and technology and understands the powerful science behind the impact of the five daily behaviors — sleep, food, movement, stress management and connection.

Who You Are:

Highly creative, with a sharp editorial instinct

Fluent in LinkedIn strategy and platform mechanics

Energized by breaking news in AI, health, neuroscience, leadership, and performance

Skilled at transforming longform thinking into concise, platform‑native storytelling

Organized, fast‑moving, and detail‑oriented

Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment

Data‑literate, with experience using analytics to refine strategy

How You’ll Contribute:

Drive growth, engagement, and thought leadership positioning

Develop distinctive content formats tailored to LinkedIn’s audience

Reimagine Existing Content

Translate long‑form articles, interviews, research, podcast clips, and speeches into compelling social narratives

Develop recurring content franchises aligned with key themes: AI, resilience, sleep, performance, leadership, and culture

Identify new ways to bring existing footage and archives to life

Cross‑Platform Execution

Publish and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and Substack

Ensure each platform reflects a cohesive yet native voice

Partner with design to produce premium, shareable assets

Cultural & News Relevance

Monitor emerging research and breaking news

Rapidly synthesize insights into timely, authoritative commentary

Analytics & Growth

Track performance metrics and produce regular reporting

Run structured experiments to drive measurable growth

Continuously refine strategy based on data

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing and scaling high‑visibility social accounts (100K+ followers)

Exceptional writing and editing skills

Experience translating complex ideas into accessible, high‑performing content

Strong understanding of B2B and leadership audiences

The ideal candidate will be located in New York and excited to work primarily at our office in Soho

Compensation:
Base compensation for this role will likely fall in the $90,000‑$120,000 range.

Please note: We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity. The final offer amount will depend on factors like experience, expertise, and may differ from the range above. This range also excludes additional benefits, such as 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision insurance.
