Overview
This is a production-heavy graphic design role supporting Medicare and Medicaid communications. You’ll spend most of your time updating and polishing existing materials (not building big ad campaigns from scratch).
Create and update print collateral (mailers, brochures, flyers, one-pagers, etc.)
Prep files for print and for digital sharing (PDFs/links)
Rebuild and clean up PowerPoint decks: layouts, formatting, slide organization, making decks presentation-ready
Apply solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, brand consistency)
Work with marketing partners and vendors (e.g., printers) to deliver on deadlines
What we’re looking for 3+ years of graphic design experience (portfolio required)
Strong production design skills and attention to detail
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Strong PowerPoint skills (deck formatting + redesign/cleanup)
Experience with regulated industries is a plus; government programs (Medicare/Medicaid) experience is a big plus
Accessibility familiarity (ADA / Section 508 / WCAG) is a plus
