Position Overview We are seeking an All Inclusive Wedding Sales Manager to lead all inclusive wedding package sales and venue tours, guiding engaged couples through a seamless booking and planning process while driving wedding revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self motivated, detail oriented individual who is passionate about weddings, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a customer facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales for all inclusive wedding packages from initial inquiry to contract signing.

Conduct wedding venue tours with prospective couples, showcasing Addison Woods as their perfect wedding venue.

Serve as the primary contact for booked wedding couples, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning experience leading up to their wedding day.

Coordinate vendor services included in wedding packages and maintain strong relationships with preferred wedding partners.

Manage wedding sales tracking, contracts, and payments using Excel and internal CRM tools.

Develop and implement wedding sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.

Respond to wedding inquiries promptly via email, phone, and social media with professionalism and warmth.

Assist with wedding marketing initiatives such as styled shoots, open houses, and networking events to promote Addison Woods to engaged couples.

Stay updated on wedding trends, design styles, and industry best practices to provide helpful guidance to couples during the planning process.

Flexible Work and Hybrid Opportunities This role offers a flexible and largely self managed schedule. Venue tours and client meetings take place on site at Addison Woods, while administrative work such as emails, contracts, and sales tracking can be handled remotely.

The work week will include a flexible schedule based on client and business needs, often requiring evening and weekend availability to accommodate couples’ schedules and wedding planning timelines. Peak wedding booking seasons may require more in person commitments, while off season periods allow for greater flexibility in remote work.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in sales, weddings, events, or hospitality.

Wedding industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates with

strong sales skills and a genuine interest in weddings are encouraged to apply.

Strong customer service skills with a warm and engaging personality that connects well

with couples.

Passion for wedding planning, design, and the wedding industry with an eye for detail.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple wedding clients and deadlines efficiently.

Self starter who thrives in an independent work environment.

Proficiency in Excel for tracking wedding sales, payments, and package details.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Because weddings and venue tours often take place on evenings and weekends, candidates must be comfortable working during peak wedding hours.

Compensation Base salary of $35,000 plus commission, with typical total earnings ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 or more annually depending on bookings and performance. Commission is earned on all inclusive wedding package sales and venue bookings, offering strong earning potential for motivated candidates.
