Field Technical Trainer – Remote – East Territory The Field Technical Trainer is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and internal/external customers with specialized technical training on procedural applications of Impulse Dynamics products. S/he will provide technical training within a surgical and/or clinical environment and will mentor and coordinate the Sales team on certification progress.

Cover cases (commercial & clinical)
Mentor the sales team on their progress toward certification
Triage training opportunities and needs:
Training opportunities for reps seeking certification
Case support needs when non‑certified representatives schedule patient follow‑ups & implants and need coverage
Manage training center relationships and logistics
Create synergies between the commercial and clinical studies teams
Support after‑hour patient hotline and technical service calls
Serve as faculty to represent Level 2 Technical Training
What You’re Bringing With You
Bachelor’s degree required
A degree in Life Sciences or certification from a specialized program is preferred
5+ years of experience in clinical work supporting cardiology within the medical device industry
Experience with customer‑facing relationships, including extensive experience with physicians and patients
Experience with operating room procedures, clinic and surgical center protocols
Valid driver’s license
Travel required – 80 %

Annual Base Salary Range $110,000 – $120,000
