I’m partnering with a well‑established commercial HVAC and mechanical systems company that’s continuing to expand across the market. They’re looking for a proven Commercial HVAC Sales Executive who knows how to develop business, build strong client relationships, and close commercial HVAC opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Drive new business across commercial HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, replacements, and construction opportunities

Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting through close

Meet with clients, walk job sites, assess needs, and identify solutions

Put together proposals, scopes, and estimates

Work closely with internal estimating, engineering, project management, and service teams

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scope

Stay in front of market opportunities, energy solutions, controls, and building system needs

What they want to see

5+ years of success in commercial HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering

Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications

Strong business development and relationship‑building skills

Someone who is proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable owning the sales process

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory

AutoCAD or estimating software experience is a plus

Open to strong candidates from related industries like mechanical, fire protection, industrial, or building systems
