We’re partnering with a highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys transactional work and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-level practice.
Bonus: ~ 10%

Handle commercial real estate transactions from start to finish Review title & survey and support due diligence Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements Work on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters Prepare closing documents and coordinate with lenders/title companies Review entity and authority documentation What They’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial real estate experience (law firm preferred) Strong background in title & survey review Experience with commercial leasing and deal documentation Ability to work independently in a transactional environment
