Workforce Development Intern / Sales Operations This internship provides a unique view into Siemens’ Workforce Development sales operations and strategies, focusing on account planning, marketing/program planning, and university engagements to promote Siemens Digital Industries solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including the Global Academic Strategy team and various university leaderships
Develop comprehensive account plans and understand strategic account plans and development strategies
Create Workforce Development Success Stories involving specific universities
Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Tableau, and ZoomInfo for list development
Perform hands‑on outbound activities to communicate targeted messages
Qualifications
Strong understanding of sales operations and marketing strategies
Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with internal and external teams
Keen interest in education, workforce development, and university collaborations
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute targeted outreach initiatives
Pay & Benefits The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 to $50.00 for technical roles or $18.00 to $44.00 for non‑technical positions. Interns are eligible to contribute to a 401(k) program.
