We are seeking a full-time, remote Account Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will: Maintain and expand relationships with existing law firm clients Generate new business with prospective law firms Promote Rapid Legal’s litigation support service solutions The position requires phone, email, and in-person client interactions, including at least one field visit per week. You will also represent the company at local trade association events monthly. Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the legal industry and client needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Lightning Experience in the legal industry (preferred) Seniority level
